Leveraging his deep industry knowledge and extensive network of professional relationships, he is dedicated to delivering strategic, cost-effective search solutions for clients across the collegiate and professional landscape.

Before founding Cardinal Grange, Jim held key executive positions with schools in the SEC, Big 12, Sunbelt, and Conference USA, complementing his leadership background with hands-on experience as a collegiate athletic administrator and coach.
