Palmieri, a two-time NFL Super Bowl Champion with the New York Giants served as the head strength and conditioning coach under Tom Coughlin for 12 seasons. Palmieri was also on Coughlin's staff with the Jacksonville Jaguars from 1995 to 2002 when their teams competed in two AFC Championship games. Prior to his NFL career, he held head strength coach positions at Boston College and Kansas State University.
