A seasoned collegiate athletic administrator, James brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience to Cardinal Grange, highlighted by a five-year tenure as Director of Athletics at Saint Francis University. Under his leadership, the Red Flash achieved remarkable success both on and off the field, capturing 10 Northeast Conference Championships,

making four NCAA Tournament appearances, and securing their first-ever football victory over an FBS opponent.

Prior to Saint Francis, James held senior administrative roles at Eastern Kentucky University and Presbyterian College.
